Sunday Festival Cancellation

We at Rhode Island Music Festivals, LLC would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the cancellation of Sunday’s festival and concert may have caused. The decision to cancel was made due to the forecast of bad weather, with the safety of our guests, artists, and staff as our top priority.

Guests who purchased Sunday tickets were invited to attend Saturday’s festival instead, and many were signed in by our staff. Refunds for those who did not use their Sunday tickets are now underway.

Another option available is to hold on to your Sunday ticket and receive a complimentary VIP upgrade for the June 2026 show. Please note that the lineup for June 2026 is still in planning.

Raffle Cancellation

We would like to start by apologizing for the delay and confusion regarding our truck, Patriots tickets, and dinner raffle. No winners were selected on Sunday, October 12, 2025, due to the festival’s weather-related cancellation and resulting ticket sales shortfall.

After careful consideration, the raffle has been officially cancelled. All participants will receive a full refund for their raffle ticket purchases.

We are contacting everyone who purchased raffle tickets using the information provided on their stubs (email or phone). Please be patient as our small staff processes these refunds.

We sincerely thank everyone for their support and understanding, and we hope to see you at future events under better circumstances.

 RIMF, would like to thank everyone who attended our 1st Annual Country Music Festival on Oct 11th.  The talent and attendees made the day an unforgettable experience!  Recognizing that there were some kinks to be worked out, we were then disappointed not to have the opportunity to address them for Sundays event as we unfortunately had to cancel due to the inclement weather. 

Through our ticket tracking software, we recognize that many of you were able to use your Sunday tickets on Saturday, and we were so glad you could still join us!

But for those who were unable to come, we are offering the following three options for your Sunday 10/12/25 tickets:

    1.    Full Refund – Receive a complete refund for your ticket purchase.

    2.    Ticket Upgrade – Apply your ticket toward our June 2026 event and receive a complimentary upgrade from General Admission to VIP.

    3.    Donation Option – Convert your ticket purchase into a donation to the “Salute Our Heroes” non profit, which is tax-deductible.
